Tasting Notes
Spicy, currants with oak hints in the nose. Bright, balanced with a unique acidity and full bodied in the mouth. Pomegranate, currants, and berries provides a rich pure fruit center with notes of pepper framed by the oak. It finishes long, complex and satisfying.
Winemaking Notes
Each lot was punched cap fermented by hand and barrel aged for 40 months in selected French Oak barrels (50% new).
