Composition: 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21.5% Cabernet Franc, 21.5% Merlot, and 14% Sangiovese.
Winemaking: Punched cap fermented after destemming. Aged in French Oak barrels for over 30 months prior to blending
Tasting notes: pureCoz is rich, full, and a complex proprietary red wine blend, with warm and well-integrated tannins that exhibit intriguing aromatics and bright red fruit elegance. It exhibits the familiar elements of Meritage and Super Tuscan wines.

We've been following Mitch from his master piece M coz at concentino to this long waiting pure coz and the result is rather satisfying. Like his other success, pure coz is smooth, easy to pair with any food yet it's spiky and spicy, which is right to our taste ally. We are so happy to find the wind we both enjoy and definitely recommend to whoever likes a good cab :)
